Overview
Boba with a buzz. 9Tea is a conceptual modern beverage brand specializing in alcoholic milk tea drinks for both consumers who grew up drinking boba and those who didn't.
Design objective
Create a brand image that reflects a youthful, playful, and versatile product/personality. I knew I wanted to opt for a more illustrative style with lots of visual interest, and experimented with incorporating more rounded shapes for a flowing, carefree look. The brand mark incorporates the name of the brand, 9Tea, as well as the Chinese character 酒, meaning alcohol.
